I did it.

I ended up getting my iPad yesterday. I love it! I got it with a zaggfolio so I can take notes during school. Definitely worth it. The 9-10 hour battery life is amazing and it is definitely going to help. I’m so used to having to be plugged into an outlet using my laptop with a 1 hour battery life.

Now when I use my laptop I have to resist the urge to touch the screen…

MEAN GIRLS are real and on my facebook. Two of these mean girls are my friends from graduate school; educated ladies and professionals. These women are talking about their peer, a 27 year old woman. Someone who went to Harvard to study Biology and then on to becoming a pediatrician. They don’t know her. They know nothing about her! And I’m left wondering WTF? THE WEDDING DRESS DOESN’T MATTER IN A MARRIAGE, UGLY OR BEAUTIFUL. Maybe I’m crazy?

I’ve been considering purchasing an iPad with a Zaggfolio all semester due to my laptop being huge, bulky, and not to mention it is starting to break with it being in my backpack all the time. I think I may buy one next week around my birthday. I’m so indecisive. The ” Onlive Desktop” App is winning me over!

Last Final today, End of the year SLP department party. Musical themed. ” The Halls Are Alive, to the Sound of Speechies.” Definitely had a great time. It was nice to be around all my classmates without any stress before we all parted ways for 3 months. I’m going to miss them so much. Too bad we all live in different places in CA. Definitely going to roadtrip this summer!
